About The Position

As a full-time Concrete Finisher at Premier Plumbers, you'll become part of a hardworking, tight-knit crew that values craftsmanship, dependability, and a job well done. This is more than a role, it's a chance to create something that lasts while growing with a company that respects and rewards your skill. You'll work a steady and consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays, 7 AM to 5 PM. Pay to be discussed in the hiring process. You will be provided a Tablet, Take Home Truck, Company Polo's, Company Credit Card, and Work Truck Gas Card. You start each day by confirming whether you'll report to the shop or dispatch directly from home. This ensures you're fully prepared with the right materials, tools, and direction for both the day ahead and the work week. Once on-site, you work alongside a dependable crew or helper, taking on hands-on tasks such as saw-cutting, pouring, and finishing concrete with precision. Whether you're patching areas where drains have been replaced beneath a foundation or bringing a slab to a clean, level finish, every task is carried out with purpose, skill, and pride in your workmanship.

Requirements

• High energy
• A hard worker
• Ability to keep up with fellow concrete finishers
• Ability to finish concrete smooth and 1/8 inch below the surrounding floor
• Ability to replace drains under the foundation and then patch the concrete back
• Clean driving record within the last 7 years
