About The Position

We are looking for experienced Concrete Finishers to join our team in Jackson, TN. The role involves pouring, spreading, leveling, and smoothing concrete; finishing surfaces with hand tools and power finishing equipment; monitoring concrete consistency and timing; and helping prepare work areas and forms before concrete placement. The position pays up to $26 per hour, depending on experience, and is scheduled for 40–45 hours per week on the 1st shift.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of concrete finishing experience.
Experience finishing, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces.
Ability to use concrete finishing tools and equipment.
Ability to follow job-site safety procedures and work as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Regularly lift over 50 pounds, crouch, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Pour, spread, level, and smooth concrete.
Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power finishing equipment.
Operate tools such as trowels, floats, screeds, and edgers.
Monitor concrete consistency and timing to achieve a quality finish.
Create clean edges, joints, and smooth surfaces as required.
Assist with preparing work areas and setting up forms before concrete placement.
