As a Finisher at our Waukesha location, you will be responsible for the completion of concrete jobs assigned in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets.

Requirements

Great work ethic, punctual, and dependable
Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
Willing and able to drive own vehicle to jobsites within a 50 mile radius of our Milwaukee shop
At least 6 months of prior experience in hard trowel concrete finishing
Ability to work outside in all conditions
Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds repeatedly

Responsibilities

Be aware of and follow all safety policies
Ensure work truck(s) are loaded correctly
Maintain site organization and clean-up
Complete hard trowel finishing on garages up to 600 sq ft
Complete hard trowel finishing on basements up to 1000 sq ft
Complete exterior edging and hard trowel finishing on front stoops as needed
Be responsible for the completion of concrete jobs assigned in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets
