Concrete Finisher
About The Position
Hutch Paving is currently looking for Concrete finishers to join our growing team. Concrete Finishers perform a variety of duties, including, but not limited to, placing, forming and finishing concrete using floats, trowels and screeds to level concrete. They also vibrate, level, smooth, and shape surfaces, read and understand specifications of the job, set forms to hold concrete to desired pitch and depth, and remove rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces by operating a power grinder or chisel and hammer. Patching holes with concrete or epoxy compound and hand finishing edges, pipes, drains and other obstacles in flatwork pours are also key responsibilities. The role requires knowledge and ability to operate various machinery related to concrete. All Other Duties as Assigned.
