About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping, finishing, and detailing concrete surfaces on various construction projects. Your expertise will help ensure smooth, durable, and visually appealing concrete finishes that meet project specifications. Requirements

• 2+ years of concrete experience.
• Proven experience in concrete finishing and familiarity in concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Mechanical knowledge of construction tools, power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment operation.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking on construction sites.
• Construction site experience with a focus on safety practices is essential.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Grading and compacting base material.
• Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and shaping freshly poured concrete using hand tools and power tools.
• Install rebar reinforcement and set forms according to blueprints and schematics to prepare for concrete pouring.
• Work with both hand and power tools and equipment to achieve top quality finishes.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members on site to execute construction projects with precision.
