About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for projects located in or around Vancouver, WA. This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is $30-$40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Assisting crew with site prep and concrete pours Perform mucking and surface preparation Rake and spread concrete throughout forms Finish concrete surfaces (smooth, level, and consistent) using floats, trowels, and screeds Support material movement and job site cleanup Help maintain job site efficiency and quality standards

Requirements

3+ years of commercial concrete experience (foundations, curbs, site work required)
Crew lead or foreman experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Ability to work at multiple job sites throughout the week (willingness to travel)
Must have mud boots & personal tools including edgers, groover's, trowels, etc.
