Requirements

Strong attention to detail and precision
Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
Solid understanding of concrete mixing and finishing techniques
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Problem-solving abilities
Commitment to safety and understanding of best practices in a manufacturing environment
Self-motivated
Understanding of job-specific concrete tools (various floats and trowels, placer/rake, screed, broom, stamps, vibrator)
Understanding of different concrete finishes (smooth trowel, broom, stamped, exposed aggregate)
Analytical skills
Blueprint reading
Minimum 3 years' experience in concrete finishing

Responsibilities

Meticulous preparation and finishing of precast concrete products
Collaborate with the production team to ensure all precast concrete elements meet quality standards and customer specifications
Set forms, pour concrete, and use tools to achieve a smooth, precise finish
Regularly inspect work for consistency and quality
Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure quality control
Communicate progress and challenges with team members
Perform concrete patching and reinforcement
Conduct daily maintenance and cleaning of tools
