Requirements

Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently
Must be able to work outdoors and stand for majority of the day
Must be able to perform tasks while walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling
Tool Bag (Includes Framing Hammer - Min 16 oz., 25' Tape Measure, Nail Bag, Nail Puller, Quick Square, Utility Knife)

Must be able to work outside the normal operating hours (7am-4pm, winter/fall 7am-3:30pm, spring/summer)

Responsibilities

Place and finish concrete using a variety of hand and power tools
Set forms for all concrete applications including: slabs, foundations, sidewalks, curbing and paving
Set forms for all concrete applications while maintaining proper control (grade and line)
Tie rebar for all applications of concrete, including: foundations, slabs and walls
Comply to all safety rules and regulations
Be on time to the job site
Have a positive attitude
Be a team player
Have a strong work ethic
