Requirements

Strong attention to detail.

Solid understanding of concrete mixing and finishing techniques.

Commitment to safety and an understanding of best practices in a manufacturing environment.
Self-motivated
Understanding of job-specific concrete tools. For example: Various floats and trowels, Placer/rake, Screed, Broom, Stamps, Vibrator
Understanding of different concrete finishes: Smooth trowel, Broom, Stamped, Exposed aggregate
Analytical, collaboration & communication skills
Blueprint reading
Min 3 years' experience in concrete finishing

Responsibilities

Meticulous preparation and finishing of precast concrete products.
Work collaboratively with the production team, ensuring that all precast concrete elements meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Setting forms, pouring concrete, and using tools to achieve a smooth, precise finish.
Regularly inspect your work for consistency and quality.
Adhering to all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Communicate progress and any challenges encountered with team members.
Safety and quality control
