About The Position
Fox Cities Builders is seeking a Concrete Estimator to support commercial, agricultural, and concrete projects. The role converts construction plans into accurate estimates and competitive bids, helping projects succeed from the outset. The estimator contributes to pre-construction planning and project handoffs and works with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and evaluate pricing.
Requirements
- Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivation and excellent communication skills

- Experience in estimating, concrete construction, or construction management
Responsibilities
- Review construction plans and specifications
- Prepare concrete quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
- Develop budgets and bid proposals
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs
- Support pre-construction planning and project handoffs
