About The Position

Innovative Concrete, LLC is growing and expanding its commercial concrete operations in St. George, Utah, at the Desert Color development. We are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team as Concrete Laborers, Finishers, and Form Setters. We value quality workmanship, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Requirements

• Prior concrete or construction experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet for long periods
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Punctual and dependable attendance
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Able to work well in a team setting

Responsibilities

• Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
• Set and strip forms as directed
• Help finish and detail concrete surfaces
• Handle and move materials as needed on site
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Follow directions from foreman and crew leads
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Support overall crew production and safety
