We're looking for a Concrete Crew Member who enjoys working outdoors, tackling challenges, and being part of a crew that knows how to work hard and have fun doing it.
Requirements
- Concrete construction experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance
- Commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed
- Someone who leads by example and takes pride in a job well done
Responsibilities
- Installing concrete systems on commercial and agricultural job sites
- Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Working alongside a skilled crew to solve problems and keep projects moving
- Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Taking pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Supporting teammates and helping new crew members succeed
- Promoting a culture of safety and accountability
- Contributing wherever needed to help the team win
