We are on the hunt for a Concrete Construction Project Manager who can lead and manage multiple commercial concrete construction projects from start to finish. This is NOT an entry level position; we are looking for a proven Construction PM with concrete sub-contractor experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in concrete construction.
  • In-depth knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions.
  • OSHA certification and a commitment to safety best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage concrete construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Work closely with clients, engineers, and superintendents to review project plans and align them with project goals.
  • Lead project meetings to communicate objectives, milestones, and expectations, keeping everyone on track.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on course.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure top-notch workmanship and safety compliance.
  • Prepare and submit detailed project reports to clients and senior management.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory requirements, building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
