About The Position
We are currently hiring form concrete carpenters for upcoming commercial projects in Appleton, Green Bay, and Manitowoc, WI. Pay is $25 - $35 per hour based on experience and skill set. If you have 4+ years of experience as a concrete carpenter apply now!
Requirements
- 4+ years of concrete carpentry and finishing experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Reliable transportation
- Must have your own tools and PPE
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 10 preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Build, install, and strip concrete forms (wood, metal, or modular systems)
- Set and align forms (shape, grade, and level) ensuring they are properly braced and secure.
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications
- Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring - cleaning, leveling, and proper form installation
- Assist in mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete, as well as smoothing and finishing surfaces
- Apply curing compounds and other treatments to protect and enhance concrete surfaces
- Install embeds, anchor bolts, block-outs, and set footings, walls, columns, and slabs
