About The Position

Mood Fabrics is seeking a friendly, professional, hospitality-driven Concierge to be the first point of contact at our store. This front-facing role is essential in creating a welcoming and organized environment while delivering exceptional customer service and memorable experiences. The ideal candidate is polished, dependable, outgoing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. They should be confident multitasking, communicating with a wide variety of people, and maintaining a professional demeanor during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome shoppers, guests, vendors, and visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
• Provide directions and assist with store layout and navigation questions
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
• Check in large bags belonging to shoppers and provide claim tickets, and safely store bags in the designated area
• Help maintain store policies in a friendly and professional manner
• Monitor the entrance area and report any issues, concerns, or unusual activity to the appropriate team member
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front entrance environment
• Support store operations and perform additional duties as assigned
