Responsibilities
- Be the reason our residents start their day with a smile. Your warm greeting sets the tone for an environment filled with joy and comfort.
- Answer calls with a friendly voice or direct guests.
- Address and resolve resident concerns, enhancing their quality of life.
- Provide administrative and clerical support that keeps our community running smoothly.
- Schedule appointments and manage mail, ensuring every detail is handled with care.
- Utilize proficiency in technology to keep us connected and efficient.
- Lead emergency procedures with confidence.
- Master our BILD sales system to contribute to our community’s success.
- Bring excitement to our weekend activities, making every moment memorable.
- Notify the Executive Director of emergencies with promptness and empathy.
- Keep an eye out for anything that needs fixing and report diligently to keep our home pristine.
