Concierge - Part-Time: 4pm - Midnight Saturday & Sunday or Midnight to 8am Friday & Saturday $17.00 Per Hour Join Our Team: Concierge at Premier Senior Living Community Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? Requirements

Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in senior living environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Be the reason our residents start their day with a smile. Your warm greeting sets the tone for an environment filled with joy and comfort.
Answering calls with a friendly voice or directing guests.
Address and resolve resident concerns, enhancing their quality of life.
Provide administrative and clerical support that keeps our community running smoothly.
Schedule appointments and manage mail, ensuring every detail is handled with care.
Utilize your proficiency in technology to keep us connected and efficient.
Lead emergency procedures with confidence, knowing you’re making a difference.
Master our BILD sales system to contribute to our community’s success.
Bring excitement to our weekend activities, making every moment memorable.
Notify the Executive Director of emergencies with promptness and empathy.
Keep an eye out for anything that needs fixing and report diligently to keep our home pristine.
