Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrates compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance.
  • Receptionist and word processing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and referring them to the proper person and department.
  • Performing miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.
  • Performing data entry duties on a regular basis.
  • Demonstrating an understanding of, and embracing, the mission statement of Christian Health.
  • Giving directions/information to visitors, guests, residents, or sales representatives.
  • Answering telephone, determining nature of call and directing callers to appropriate individual or department.
  • Assisting secretarial staff with typing, data entry, mailings, and other related duties, as requested.
  • Receiving inquiries and releasing information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assuring that work area is clean, well organized and office equipment is covered/secured at the end of the workday.
  • Assuring visitor sign-in.
  • Ensuring guests/visitors abide by facility rules and reports unresolved incidents to appropriate supervisor.
  • Reporting suspicious persons/information to appropriate department head/supervisor.
