Concierge - Part Time

About The Position
As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with inquiries, and support the overall hospitality experience within the community. The position is part-time at Brandywine Kennett Square, with an 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Saturday schedule and a pay range of $16–$17 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors.
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
- Provide information and support for resident services.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
