About The Position

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Concierge. The position involves welcoming visitors, assisting residents and family members, managing incoming phone calls, responding to concerns and emergencies, and maintaining the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area. The schedule is Thursday and Friday from 3–7 p.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m.–7 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technology skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with potential residents, current residents, family members, and team members.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an office environment, answering phones, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate location in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages as appropriate.
• Respond to questions and concerns from residents and family members.
• Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area.
