Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in concierge, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
Excellent communication skills – professional, courteous, and empathetic.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A positive, patient, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting residents and visitors with a warm, friendly demeanor.
Handling inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet residents’ needs.
Accepting and distributing deliveries, packages, and messages.
Keeping the lobby and reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
Assisting with resident transportation to recreational and social events.
Performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning spills and taking out trash.
Monitoring, stocking, and ordering supplies.
Upholding security and confidentiality standards.
Performing other duties as assigned.
