Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, guest services, reception, or related experience preferred.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional when addressing guest concerns
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic.
  • Basic computer and communication device proficiency.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods as needed.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests, visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
  • Provide general information regarding the facility, events, amenities, and directions.
  • Serve as a visible and approachable point of contact for guests and staff.
  • Assist in monitoring access to designated areas and notify appropriate personnel of any concerns.
  • Maintain a professional presence throughout the facility and assist with customer service needs.
  • Utilize communication equipment including radios, telephones, and other devices as required.
  • Communicate guest concerns, facility issues, or unusual situations to the appropriate department.
  • Work independently while exercising good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Assist with special events and guest service initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
