Join our team as a Concierge, a dynamic hybrid role combining personalized care with concierge services!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; C.N.A. certification preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience in caregiving or customer service, ideally with older adults.
- CPR and First Aid certified; Food Handler’s permit a plus.
- Organized, empathetic, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable moving around a multi-level community and lifting up to 50-60 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with basic activities of daily living, assistance with medical appointments, and other caregiving related tasks.
- Offer companionship and engage residents in meaningful, life-enriching activities.
- Fulfill concierge tasks like driving, errands, pet care, and technology support.
- Promote and manage our fee-based resident service program with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support and a welcoming environment.
