About The Position
Lifespace Communities is seeking an outstanding Concierge to join their Customer Service team at Meadow Lake in Tyler, Texas. This role is focused on providing a purpose-driven experience for residents by delivering exceptional service, creating meaningful connections, and fostering a collaborative environment. The Concierge will be responsible for greeting residents and guests, offering recommendations and personal services, assisting with vehicle and package handling, directing visitors, and managing appointment and reservation schedules.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with utmost courtesy and urgency.
- Be knowledgeable of local current attractions or events and offer recommendations and personal services.
- Assist residents and visitors into and out of their vehicles.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles; delivers packages, groceries to resident living areas.
- Assist in direction of deliveries for residents, and visitors to their destinations.
- Responsible for scheduling appointments and informing transportation team of any appointments made.
- Responsible for scheduling dining room reservations.
