About The Position

The Concierge is responsible for making reservations for future or in-house guests for dining, spa, golf, wellness activities, outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, trap shooting, etc., airline reservation, and transportation. The role also involves providing guests with daily hotel tours and access to the business center, as well as assisting with guest check-in/out as needed. Information responsibilities include maintaining a working knowledge of all resort properties and onsite facilities, including hours of operation, daily activities, and area attractions, along with a detailed knowledge of the history of Kohler and the assigned hotel. The Concierge will provide guests with information on hotel facilities and history, brochures on the hotel and local attractions, and directions and maps, including walking trails, city maps, or state maps, as well as weather or road conditions. Message and Amenity responsibilities include informing room service of amenity deliveries and filling out necessary information, informing other shifts of daily activities through the concierge logbook or notes, and informing the supervisor of any problems or unusual circumstances.

Requirements

Must be able to communicate written and verbally in English.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of hospitality/lodging experience preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of local areas strongly preferred.

Inform supervisor of any problems or unusual circumstances.
