A dynamic and detail-oriented Concierge at Atlantic Station is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and acting as a knowledgeable resource for all visitors. Requirements

  • A customer-focused, high-energy, and upbeat personality with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Positive, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency.
  • Initiative-driven, self-motivated, thorough, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong competence in computer operating systems and internal software programs.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods, walk long distances, and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, mid-day, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a welcoming smile and enthusiasm, stay attentive with guests throughout the process, and be prepared to provide immediate assistance.
  • Walk guests to their destinations.
  • Assist with complimentary strollers and wheelchairs.
  • Provide accurate directions to guests.
  • Assist with VIP events and coordinate party room bookings, including setup and hosting.
  • Maintain a strong competence in computer operating systems, including our internal software program, and enter all details electronically, confirming with guests.
  • Deliver guest purchases to designated pickup points.
  • Handle luggage and baggage storage.
