Requirements
- Proven experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Welcome residents with a warm, professional, and attentive demeanor
- Assist with resident requests.
- Provide knowledgeable information about amenities, services, events, and local attractions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service and satisfaction
- Maintain a polished front desk and reception area at all times
- Handle resident concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Support daily operations while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism
