Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be flexible with scheduling
- Must be able to read, write and take verbal direction
- Demonstrates sensitivity to residents emotional, social, mental health and spiritual needs
Nice To Haves
- Computer experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Performs assigned duties of transporting residents via wheelchair to various locations in the building in which the resident has scheduled appointments.
- Promotes maximum independence and comfort for each resident by providing individualized care in collaboration with co-workers, residents and families.
- Supports and promotes resident strengths and abilities, capacity for social contribution, unique values, preferences, living habits and autonomy of choice.
