About The Position

Christian Health has been providing quality care and services for over a century. They are seeking a part-time Concierge to join The Vista, a new independent adult resort-style living community. The Concierge will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department, and performing various administrative duties including data entry. The role also involves ensuring visitors abide by facility rules and reporting any suspicious activity. A key aspect of the role is demonstrating an understanding of and embracing the mission statement of Christian Health.

Requirements

High School Graduate or equivalent required.
Demonstrates compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

Receptionist and word processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Gives directions/information to visitors, guests, residents, or sales representatives.
Answers telephone, determines nature of call and direct callers to appropriate individual or department.
Assists secretarial staff with typing, data entry, mailings, and other related duties, as requested.
Receives inquiries and releases information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Assures that work area is clean, well organized and office equipment is covered/secured at the end of the workday.
Assures visitor sign-in.
Ensures guests/visitors abide by facility rules and reports unresolved incidents to appropriate supervisor.
Reports suspicious persons/information to appropriate department head/supervisor.
