In this position, your main responsibilities will include: Greet and direct all visitors to the front desk in a friendly and helpful way. Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer the calls or take messages as appropriate. Respond to resident and family member questions and concerns. Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area.
