The Concierge will greet and assist visitors, families, and residents, answer the telephone, provide information, take messages, sort and distribute mail, type files, stuff envelopes, and handle correspondence. This role is responsible for carrying out duties in accordance with current federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.
