This is a Part-Time Weekend Concierge position at The Reserve at Tysons Corner Apartment Homes, a premier class A 478-unit mid-rise community located in the Dunn Loring neighborhood, minutes to Tysons Galleria and 20 minutes to downtown DC in Vienna, VA. Requirements

1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Responsibilities

Building strong working relationships with our residents and guests by providing outstanding customer service
Coordinating and hosting resident events
Following up with residents who have submitted service requests to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitoring building security
Publishing resident newsletter
Exhibiting a “can do” attitude
