About The Position

The Concierge is the first impression of the community and is responsible for providing superior customer service to the residents. Duties include management of front desk, greeting residents and visitors, monitoring surveillance cameras and providing exemplary customer service. Scheduled hours are 3 weeknights (7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.) and weekends 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years Concierge, Front Desk, or customer Service experience.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule; any day of the week including weekends.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, enthusiastic, resourceful.
  • Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Greets and assists residents and their guests in a courteous and efficient manner, playing a vital role in ensuring overall resident satisfaction.
  • Answers the telephone, provides information, forwards calls, and takes messages as necessary.
  • Ensures the safety and security of the apartment community by monitoring who is entering and exiting the property.
  • Ensures non-residents (e.g., guests, tradesmen, deliverymen, etc.) are approved by the resident or the management office.
  • Watches surveillance cameras diligently to ensure no unauthorized individuals are on property and no doors are propped open.
  • Contacts the police department as needed.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
