As a Rooms Concierge, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional first impression for our guests. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience, offer personalized assistance, and provide valuable information to enhance each guest's stay. Your warm hospitality and proactive service will contribute to an elevated and memorable experience at our resort.

Requirements

  • Use of Property Management System (PMS) and hotel software
  • Ability to provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
  • Problem resolution skills
  • Knowledge of room layouts, amenities, special promotions, and upcoming events
  • Ability to arrange transportation, manage billing, and secure dining reservations
  • Collaboration with other departments
  • Professional and courteous demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, anticipating their needs and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process.
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using the Property Management System (PMS) and hotel software.
  • Provide clear directions and insights about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events.
  • Identify potential guest concerns and resolve them efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
  • Stay informed about room layouts, amenities, special promotions, and upcoming events to assist guests effectively.
  • Arrange transportation, manage billing, and secure dining reservations for a seamless guest experience.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional level of service.
  • Maintain a polished, professional demeanor while interacting with guests, associates, and vendors.
