About The Position
The Concierge is the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests at Brandywine Kennett Square. The role provides exceptional customer service, responds to inquiries, and supports the community’s hospitality experience. This is a part-time position scheduled from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays, with an employment category of less than 22.5 hours per week. Compensation is $16–$17 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors.
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
- Provide information and support for resident services.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
