Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills necessary
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years of hospitality or lodging experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of local areas, Kohler's history and The American Club strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible for making reservations for future or in-house guests for dining, spa, golf, wellness activities and more.
- Provide guests with daily hotel tours and access to the business center.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all resort properties and onsite facilities including hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions.
- Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and history.
- Inform other shifts of daily activities through the use of the Concierge logbook or notes.
