About The Position

Your voice is often the very first impression someone has of Trajan Wealth. This role is the front door to our Family Office - and a natural launching point into a career in wealth management. As a Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for everyone who calls Trajan Wealth - prospective clients, existing clients, and internal team members alike. You'll listen closely, understand what each call needs, and route them to the right person or department quickly and professionally. It's a role built on warmth, sharp listening, and genuine care for the person on the other end of the line. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is curious about wealth management and wants a front-row seat to how a fast-growing Family Office operates - with real potential to grow into other roles within the firm.

Requirements

  • A friendly, clear, and professional phone presence.
  • 3+ years of administrative responsibilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort learning and working with a CRM, and multi-line phone system.
  • A genuine interest in financial services, wealth management, or client service as a career path.
  • Dependability and a strong sense of ownership over the caller's experience.
  • No prior financial industry experience required - we'll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all inbound calls promptly, professionally, and with a warm, welcoming tone.
  • Actively listen to determine the purpose of each call and the caller's needs.
  • Accurately direct calls to the appropriate advisor, department or team member.
  • Take clear, detailed messages when a direct transfer isn't possible.
  • Maintain a polished, client-first impression on every call as the voice of Trajan Wealth.
  • Log all details and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
  • Escalate urgent or sensitive calls appropriately and promptly.
  • Support the broader Concierge and contact center team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
