Requirements

  • HS diploma/GED
  • Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • Friendly, organized, and proactive-comfortable multitasking and using basic office tech.
  • Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends/overnights vary by shift).

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents/guests, manage phones, and handle requests with polish and care.
  • Keep the lobby and front desk organized; assist with mail, deliveries, and supplies.
  • Coordinate transportation logistics and support events, communications, and scheduling.
