Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Professionalism
- Mature and cheerful personality
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to operate a multi-line telephone
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous Front Desk experience

Responsibilities
- Operate telephone and direct calls on a multi-line phone system
- General clerical responsibilities
- Greeting and directing families and tours
- Assist Department Managers as needed
- Problem solve and meet the needs of residents and family members
- Build relationships with residents and their family members
- Always ensure resident safety and confidentiality
- Light housekeeping of main common areas including dusting and vacuuming
