Requirements

• Previous Front Desk experience is necessary
• High School Diploma or GED
• Professionalism
• Mature and cheerful personality
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be able to operate a multi-line telephone
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with seniors is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone and direct calls on a multi-line phone system
• General clerical responsibilities
• Greeting and directing families and tours
• Assist Department Mangers as needed
• Problem solve and meet the needs of residents and family members
• Build relationships with residents and their family members
• Always ensure resident safety and confidentiality
• Light housekeeping of main common areas including dusting and vacuuming
