We are currently seeking a friendly, compassionate, and hospitality-focused Concierge to join our team. As the first person residents, guests, families, and vendors encounter, you play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming experience every day.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Ability to remain calm and helpful when resolving concerns or requests
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome residents, guests, families, and vendors
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist residents and visitors with questions and requests
- Receive and log package deliveries, then notify residents
- Create maintenance work orders as needed
- Support the Business Office Manager with administrative tasks and special projects
- Help create a positive and engaging environment for residents and guests
