About The Position

Good Samaritan University Hospital is a 537- bed (including 100 nursing home beds) teaching hospital and a member of Catholic Health. Requirements

  • High School diploma, equivalent or relative experience.
  • Ability to work independently required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Willing and able to work in a stressful environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • BLS from American Heart Association - BLS for Healthcare Providers

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of departmental policies/procedures preferred.
  • Prior hospital experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in dealing with the public preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and assist with transporting of patients as needed.
