Requirements

  • Proficiency navigating computers and software to include Microsoft Office, Yardi, and various property management software applications. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, including interpersonal communication.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Work authorization (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with basic security procedures. Active NYS Security Guard License is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist residents and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor to include coordinating the receipt of incoming packages or deliveries, notifying residents promptly and coordinating pickups or deliveries to tenants.
  • Provide information and assistance regarding community amenities, local services, and events. Remain updated on local events, dining, and entertainment options to provide accurate and valuable information.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and relay messages and important information to residents as needed.
  • Monitor building entrances and enforce access control policies in collaboration with appropriate personnel to ensure a safe environment for residents.
  • Comply with workplace safety regulations.
  • Must be present on-site and be able to move throughout the building to address building related matters and meet with tenants, staff, vendors and visitors.
  • Ability to ascend and descend stairs, as well as positioning oneself in small spaces for organizing, lifting, and moving large or heavy packages in excess of 50 pounds.
  • Must be comfortable with exposure to varying environmental climates and circumstances.
  • Position may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as needed.
