About The Position

Related’s Luxury Building, One Bennett Park located in Chicago, is seeking a Concierge to join our team. Requirements

• 2 years prior experience in hospitality, property management or customer service.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and foster a sense of community.
• Resourceful and have problem-solving abilities to handle any reasonable request or challenge.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a readiness to execute on whatever task is thrown your way with a combination of hard work, grit, and perseverance.
• Flexible schedule and able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Know the importance of doing the right thing - always, in all ways, even when no one's watching.
• Champion belonging, empowering people to be their best selves at work and at home.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors with a friendly smile and genuine warmth.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, assist with reservations and deliveries.
• Monitor security systems, conduct regular patrols, and promptly respond to any emergencies or concerns.
• Foster a sense of community by creating opportunities for residents to connect and engage with one another.
• Maintain accurate and complete shift notes and “pass-on” logs to ensure successful communication through shift changes.
