About The Position

Concierge at Fellowship Square Oasis, a nonprofit senior care community. The Concierge is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and staff, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality. Seeking individuals with strong organizational skills, a warm demeanor, and a heart for serving seniors.

Requirements

Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must be able to multitask, work independently, and handle occasional physical demands (up to 50 lbs.)

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with housing, hospitality, and healthcare services for seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

Answer phones at the front lobby desk and transfer calls to the appropriate department/staff member.
Interact with all individuals in a professional, courteous, and quick manner.
Assist customers in placing maintenance work orders.
Monitor Emergency Calls, security cameras, and building alarms throughout the campus while participating in the Community Emergency Preparedness plan.
Assist guests in reaching the appropriate staff person to assist them with their questions.
Act as a point of contact between campus departments and guests as required.
Receive and sort mail and packages. Deliver if necessary.
Track and order office supplies as needed.
Enter Purchase Orders following proper procedures from start to finish.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Assisted Living.
