Village Green is seeking enthusiastic individuals for their Concierge team to serve as the first point of contact at their award-winning apartment communities. This role is ideal for someone with persuasive sales and marketing skills, excellent communication and negotiating abilities, and a strong customer service orientation. The concierge acts as a customer service/sales consultant and hospitality ambassador, managing the front desk, satisfying resident requests, and serving as a liaison to the Management office. The position also involves assisting in renting apartments, including providing information, conducting tours, and taking calls when the leasing office is closed or as needed.
