Village Green is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their Concierge team, serving as the first point of contact at their award-winning apartment communities. The ideal candidate will possess persuasive sales and marketing skills, excellent communication and negotiating abilities, and a strong customer service orientation. The concierge acts as a customer service/sales consultant and hospitality ambassador, being the initial contact for residents, visitors, prospects, and vendors. This role involves satisfying resident requests, questions, and needs, acting as a liaison to the Management office, and assisting in renting apartments, including providing information, conducting tours, and taking calls when the leasing office is closed or as needed.
