About The Position

The Concierge for Blue Shell Spa is responsible for the reception area at the spa, including greeting all guests, answering phone calls, and assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products. The Spa Concierge will make spa/salon appointments, process guests checking in and out of the spa, cater to guest needs, and escort guests to locker rooms and/or treatment rooms.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• High School diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of experience in front-line guest service in a spa, salon, medical spa, retail, or front desk environment

Nice To Haves

• Employment within a hotel environment or spa preferred
