About The Position
The Anjok, located at 288 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, is a rental development with 172 studio, one and two-bedrooms suites. Conveniently located along a major transit route, The Anjok is within walking distance from Stadium and Main Skytrain Station. The Concierge will warmly welcome tenants and their guests and be the primary contact and resource for everyone entering the building. This role requires excellent customer service skills, resourcefulness, and a cheerful disposition.
Requirements
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Previous experience as a concierge or security guard is required.
- A valid First Aid and CPR level C Certificate is required.
- Mandatory criminal records review must be cleared.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in security or rental management.
- An exceptional cover letter and transferable skills may overcome lack of experience for some positions.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome tenants and their guests.
