About The Position

QSL Management is seeking a part-time Concierge for Glenncrest at Johns Creek. The Concierge provides hospitality to residents, guests, and employees and serves as the community’s first impression. The role handles front desk duties, helps maintain the lobby and front porch, assists with lobby activities and occasional weekend or evening activities, and performs general office tasks as requested. The position offers a salary of $15–$16.60 per hour.

Requirements

• Have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of general office experience, including reception experience.
• Professional and polished demeanor, proper grammar, and a pleasant voice tone.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time-management, oral, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask while handling interruptions.
• Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24-hour operation, including weekends and holidays as requested.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with the older adult population.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level hospitality to residents, guests, and employees.
• Answer the phone courteously using proper greetings and direct visitors appropriately.
• Ensure appropriate visitor check-in and check-out procedures are followed.
• Keep the lobby and front porch area clean and free of trash.
• Assist with activities conducted in the lobby near the phone and front door.
• Lead weekend or evening activities when traffic is lighter.
• Assist with other general office tasks upon request.
